Application and Nursing Experience of Peristaltic Pump in Local Anesthesia during Daytime Varicose Vein Surgery

摘要: 目的：探讨应用蠕动泵注射局麻药在局麻静脉曲张手术中的优势。方法：选择某医院2019年6月~2019年12月日间收治的静脉曲张程度均为2~3级的手术患者100例为研究对象，应用蠕动泵局麻注射，对患者实施围手术期的护理，术后使用长海痛尺进行评价，对该病例系列病人进行1个月的门诊随访。结果：围手术期护理质量良好，手术时间平均为30 min，出血大约20 ml，长海痛尺评价效果好，术后无并发症，患者满意。结论：应用蠕动泵注射局麻药在静脉曲张手术中有明显优势，不仅缩短了手术时间，提高了用药的精准度，并且明显患者减轻了注射局麻药的疼痛。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the advantages of peristaltic pump injection of local anesthetics in local anesthetic varicose vein surgery. Methods: A total of 100 surgical patients with varicose veins of grade 2~3 who were admitted to a Hospital between June 2019 and December 2019 were selected as the research objects. Peristaltic pump local anesthesia injection was used to provide perioperative care for the patients. After the operation, the Changhai Pain Ruler was used for evaluation, and the patients of this case series were followed up for 1 month. Results: The quality of perioperative care was good. The average operation time was 30 minutes, and the bleeding was about 20 ml. The effect of Changhaitong ruler was good. There were no complications after the operation and the patients were satisfied. Conclusion: The application of peristaltic pump injection of local anesthetics has obvious advantages in varicose vein surgery, which not only shortens the operation time, improves the accuracy of medication, and significantly reduces the pain of local anesthetics injection.
