老年糖尿病护理过程中护患沟通的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Nursing-Patient Communication in Senile Diabetes Care

摘要: 目的：讨论老年糖尿病护理过程中应用护患沟通的效果。方法：选择本疗养院2018年4月至2019年4月接收的78例老年糖尿病疗养员，按护理方式差异分组各39例，对照组接受常规疗养护理，研究组加强护患沟通，对比两组干预结局。结果：研究组的护理满意度(94.87%)高于对照组(71.19%)，P < 0.05。研究组健康行为自我效能评分比对照组高，P < 0.05。从生活质量评分入手分析，研究组比对照组高，P < 0.05。结论：护患沟通能够提高疗养员的遵医行为自我效能与生活质量，值得应用推广。

Abstract: Objective: To discuss the effect of nursing and patient communication in senile diabetes care. Methods: 78 cases of senile diabetes sanitariums were selected from April 2018 to April 2019, and were equally divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The control group received conventional sanitariums, and the research group strengthened the communication between nurses and patients, and compared the outcome of intervention between the two groups. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the study group (94.87%) was higher than that of the control group (71.19%), P < 0.05. The health behavior self-efficacy score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). From the analysis of quality of life score, the study group was higher than the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: Nurse-patient communication can improve the self-efficacy of compliance behavior and quality of life of sanitariums, which is worthy of application and promotion.
