摘要: 宫颈管妊娠是一种极罕见的异位妊娠类型，大多数患者因症状不典型，早期难以诊断，采取了不恰当的处理措施，导致致命性出血、子宫切除等严重后果。宫颈管妊娠一旦确诊，需要根据患者的实际情况以及患者的意愿，谨慎选择治疗方案。最近在临床中发现一例宫颈管妊娠。经保守治疗后，患者好转出院。现将病例报道如下。

Abstract: Cervical pregnancy is a very rare type of ectopic pregnancy. Due to the atypical symptoms and difficulty in early diagnosis, most patients take inappropriate treatment measures, resulting in the occurrence of fatal bleeding, hysterectomy and other serious consequences. Once the cervical pregnancy is diagnosed, it is necessary to carefully choose the treatment plan according to the actual situation and the wishes of the patients.
