大数据背景下复合应用型会计人才培养模式创新研究与实践——以湖北省A学院为例
Research and Practice on Innovation of Training Mode of Compound Applied Accounting Talents under the Background of Big Data—Take A College of Hubei Province as an Example
摘要: 基于大数据背景下会计工作环境及工作内容的变化,围绕培养复合应用型卓越会计人才的目标,结合湖北省A学院在“学历证书 + 若干职业技能等级证书”双证制度试点、课堂教学改革、实践教学模式创新等方面的尝试,提出以“产–学–研”一体化、数字化的实践教学平台为基础,以理论与实践相结合、学历教育与职业技能培养相结合为关键,以培养学生“会计 + 大数据 + 创新创业”复合能力为核心,以政、校、行、企四方协作为支撑的“1-2-3-4”复合应用型会计人才培养模式。
Abstract:
Based on the changes of accounting work environment and work content under the background of big data, focusing on the goal of cultivating outstanding accounting talents with compound appli-cation, and combining with the attempts of Hubei A College in the pilot system of “academic certif-icate + several vocational skill level certificates”, classroom teaching reform and innovation of practical teaching mode, this paper puts forward a model. This paper puts forward a “1-2-3-4” compound applied accounting talents training mode based on the integration of produc-tion-learning-research and digital practical teaching platform, with the combination of theory and practice, academic education and vocational skills training as the key, with the training of students’ compound ability of “accounting + big data + innovation and entrepreneurship” as the core and supported by the cooperation among government, schools, banks and enterprises.
