浅谈招投标过程中存在的问题及解决对策

摘要: 招标是国际和国内在选择工程承包商、服务商和供应商时普遍采用的一种采购方式。招标采购有利于国有企业降低成本、优化资源配置、提高投资效益、保证项目质量。本文从国有企业的角度出发，主要介绍了项目招投标过程中存在的普遍问题，并有针对性地提出解决对策，力图为今后国有企业招标采购的实施提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Tender is a general procurement mode for the selecting of Contractors, Service Providers and Suppliers for both domestic and abroad projects. Tender will be beneficial to reducing the business cost, optimizing resources allocation, promoting investment profit as well as guaranteeing the quality. From the perspective of State Owned Enterprises, this thesis highlights the general issues in the process of tender, and also puts forward the solutions which strive to provide reference to the tender of State Owned Enterprises in future.
