通痹方贴剂的研制及治疗案例

Development and Case Reports of Osteoarthrosis Therapy of Patch for Tongbi Prescription

摘要: 目的：对通痹方贴剂的成型工艺进行研究，考察该贴剂对骨痹症患者的止痛作用及临床治疗效果分析。方法：以基质配比甘油(A)、聚丙烯酸钠(B)、卡波姆(C)为工艺的考察因素，以贴剂的黏附力和物理感官指标为评定的综合指标，制成通痹方贴剂。临床观察其治疗效果。结果：实验表明，最佳处方为A3B3C2时制备的中药通痹方贴剂各种指标均较好。临床治疗案例显示该贴剂在治疗肩周炎、颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症等有较好的作用。结论：优化后的制备工艺稳定，治疗效果良好。

Abstract: Objection: To investigate the effect of patch on patients with osteoarthritis and the clinical treatment effect, the molding technology of tongbi prescription was studied. Methods: The study takes the matrix ratio of glycerin (A), sodium polyacrylate (B), and carbomer (C) as the investigation factors of the process to filtrate matrix allocated proportion using adhesive force and physical sensory index as indices. Results: The experiments show that A3B3C2 is the optimal matrix allocated proportion of Tongbi prescription patch. In addition, the patch has a good effect in the treatment of frozen shoulder, cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation and so on in clinical application. Conclusion: The patch has good stability and treatment effect according to optimum condition preparation.
