摘要: 本文通过分析A电网企业库存特点，提出采用储备物资分类，并针对不同类别储备物资，采取合适的补库模型，监控其运行的效果，从而有效降低电网企业库存水平，提高库存周转率和资金利用率。
Abstract:
This article analyzes the characteristics of the inventory of grid companies A, proposes to use the classification of reserve materials, and adopts appropriate replenishment models for different types of reserve materials to monitor the effect of its operation, so as to effectively reduce the inventory level of power grid companies and increase the inventory turnover rate.
