摘要: 目的：探讨吸毒者和正常人社会支持和应对方式对抑郁的影响，分析应对方式在社会支持与抑郁间的中介作用，并比较吸毒者与正常人模型的差异。方法：采用《药物滥用风险因素评估量表》对吸毒者和正常人群体进行施测，其中有360名毒品成瘾者(50.13%为男性)和320名正常人，年龄范围为17~53岁(M = 23.54, SD = 7.98)。结果：在吸毒者群体中，应对方式在社会支持与抑郁间起部分中介作用；在正常人群体中，应对方式在社会支持与抑郁间起完全中介作用。结论：吸毒者群体和正常人群体在以应对方式为中介变量的模型中存在着显著的差异。
Abstract: Aim: To explore the influence of social support and coping style on depression between drug abusers and normal people, analyze the mediating effect of coping style in the relationship between depression and social support, and compare the differences between drug abuse and normal person models. Methods: Drug addicts and normal people were tested with the “Substance Abuse Risk Factor Assessment Scale”. Among them, there were 360 drug addicts (50.13% male) and 320 normal people. The age range was 17 - 53 years (M = 23.54, SD = 7.98). Results: Among drug addicts, coping style is partly mediating between social support and depression. In the normal population, coping style is a complete intermediary between social support and depression. Conclusion: There are significant differences between drug abusers and normal people in the model with coping style as the medium variable.
