中西医结合治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化合并炎症性肠病1例

摘要: 通过分析原发性胆汁性肝硬化合并炎症性肠病病例1则，探讨难治性黄疸可能的病因和有效的中西医诊疗方式。详细阐述1例63岁中年男性原发性胆汁性肝硬化合并炎症性肠病患者的临床表现、诊断和治疗。观察治疗半年余，患者症状持续缓解。对原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者进行结肠镜的定期检查能及早发现炎症性肠病的合并，中西医结合治疗可有效改善黄疸的情况。
Abstract: Objective: to explore the possible etiology of refractory jaundice and the effective diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine by analyzing one case of primary biliary cirrhosis complicated with inflammatory bowel disease. The clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of a 63-year-old man with primary biliary cirrhosis and inflammatory bowel disease were described in detail. After observation and treatment for more than half a year, the patient's symptoms continued to relieve. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the condition of jaundice.
