颜面部位丹毒误诊1例诊疗分析

Misdiagnosis of Erysipelas in Facial Region: A Case Report

摘要: 丹毒是皮肤淋巴管网的急性炎症感染，为乙型溶血性链球菌侵袭所致。好发部位是下肢。一般情况下发生在颜面部位的比较少见。往往容易被误诊为过敏性皮炎，日光性皮炎等。进而耽误了患者的治疗。本文总结了一位颜面部位丹毒病例，这是一例老年女性患者，发病过程是先期有过患处的皮肤外伤史，病程进展为颜面丹毒。提醒广大医师在临床过程中一定要详细追问病史，从蛛丝马迹中抽丝剥茧，继而系统正确地诊治该疾病。避免临床误诊误治。

Abstract: Erysipelas is an acute inflammatory infection of skin lymphatic network, which is caused by the invasion of B hemolytic streptococcus. The most common sites are lower limbs. In general, it is rare in the face. It is often misdiagnosed as allergic dermatitis, solar dermatitis and so on, and then delayed the treatment of patients. This paper summarizes a case of erysipelas on the face, which is an elderly female patient. The onset of erysipelas is a history of skin trauma on the affected area, and the course of disease is progressing to erysipelas on the face. It is suggested that doctors should inquire the history of the disease in detail in the clinical process, and then make a systematic and correct diagnosis and treatment of the disease to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
