输入、加工与产出：社会工作嵌入高校思想政治教育的模式

Input, Processing and Output: The Model of Social Work Embedding Ideological and Political Education in Colleges

摘要: 人脑如同计算机的信息加工系统，运用信息加工理论来分析大学生思想政治教育习得过程，可将其分为价值单元“输入”、价值图式“加工”、实践行为“产出”三个阶段。结合社会工作知识体系，构建起知情意行的思想政治教育模式。要求教师在“输入”阶段引入社会工作价值理念，与学生建立起良好的助人关系；在“加工”阶段融入微观社会工作方法，推动学生认知变革；在“产出”阶段搭建实践平台，促进学生知行合一，最终提升高校德育工作的效率与学生思想政治的获得感。

Abstract: The human brain is like a computer’s information processing system. Using the theory of information processing to analyze the process of college students’ ideological and political education acquisition, it can be divided into three stages: value unit “input”, value schema “processing” and practice behavior “output”. Combining with the knowledge system of social work, the ideological and political education mode of knowing and feeling is constructed. Teachers are required to introduce the value concept of social work in the “input” stage and establish a good helping relationship with students. In the “processing” stage, micro-social work methods are integrated to promote students’ cognitive reform; in the “output” stage, a practice platform is set up to promote the unity of knowledge and practice among students, ultimately improve the efficiency of moral education in colleges and universities and the sense of achievement of students' ideological and political work.
