常规针刺配合毛刺法治疗周围性面瘫的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis with Conventional Acupuncture Combined with Burr Method

摘要: 目的：观察常规针刺配合毛刺法治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：选取80例单纯性面瘫患者，利用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组：采用常规穴位针刺。治疗组：采用常规穴位针刺后，利用一次性针灸针在患侧局部进行毛刺。针刺5天为一个疗程，共针刺4个疗程后观察最终临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率97.5%，对照组总有效率82.5%，治疗组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；两组患者治疗后神经功能积分显著高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：常规针刺配合毛刺法治疗周围性面瘫效果显著，且能缩短治疗时间。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of conventional acupuncture combined with burr me-thod in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods: 80 patients with simple facial para-lysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Control group: conventional acupoint acupuncture. Treatment group: after using conventional acupoint acupuncture, five days of treatment was a course, and clinical efficacy was observed after 4 courses of treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%, and that of the control group was 82.5.7%; the treatment group was higher than that of the control group; the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the neurological function score of the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment;, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Conventional acupuncture combined with burr method has significant effect on peripheral facial paralysis, and can shorten the treatment time.
