基于德尔菲法和优序图法的医联体协同效应评价指标体系构建

The Construction of the Synergistic Effect Evaluation Index System of Medical Alliance Based on Delphi Method and Optimum Order Method

摘要: 本研究通过前期文献和政策研究工作初步筛选了医联体协同效应评价指标，通过德尔菲法对指标进行修改、增减、进一步完善指标体系。再通过优序图法确定指标的权重系数，构建最终的医联体协同效应评价指标体系。医联体协同效应评价指标体系最终由3个一级指标，8个二级指标和30个三级指标构成。

Abstract: This study screened the medical alliance’s evaluation indicators of synergistic effect through preliminary literature and policy research, and practiced two Delphi method to revise, increase or decrease the index, and further improved the index system. Then, the weight coefficient of the constructed evaluation index is determined by the Optimum Order Method, and the final evaluation index system of medical alliance’s synergistic effect is constructed. The indicator system consists of 3 first-level indicators, 8 second-level indicators, and 30 third-level indicators.
