How to Play a Better Role than the Era of Poverty Alleviation

摘要: 精准扶贫和脱贫攻坚时代，大学生村官发挥了积极的作用。在全面乡村振兴接续进行之际，探究如何更好地发挥大学生村官的自身作用具有重要的现实意义。区别于以往研究多为大学生村官政策、制度对其作用发挥的制约问题，本研究侧重于影响其主观能动性发挥的自身问题。在肯定脱贫攻坚工作中大学生村官做出积极贡献的基础上，对河北省衡水市的部分大学生村官进行访问调查并深入剖析，进而由点到面，延伸分析普遍影响全国大学生村官作用发挥的自身问题。从明确自我定位、积极转变角色、加强业务学习、优化工作方法、抓准关键发力等几方面提出对策和建议，希望激发新村官或准村官在乡村振兴工作中扬长补短更好地发挥支撑作用。

Abstract: In the era of targeted poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation, college student village officials have played a positive role. It is of great practical significance to explore how to better play the role of college student village officials when the Comprehensive Rural Revitalization continues. Different from the previous studies on the constraints of policies and systems on the role of college student village officials, this study focuses on their own problems that affect their subjective initiative. On the basis of affirming the positive contribution of college student village officials in poverty alleviation, this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of some college student village officials in Hengshui City, Hebei Province, and then extends the analysis of their own problems that generally affect the role of college student village officials across the country. This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from several aspects, such as clarifying self positioning, actively changing roles, strengthening business learning, optimizing working methods, grasping key points, hoping to stimulate new village officials or quasi village officials to play a better supporting role in Rural Revitalization.
