摘要: Oddi括约肌(sphincter Oddi, SO)是由胆总管及胰管末端大量平滑肌纤维所组成，具有维持胆汁正常排出，防止十二指内容物反流等重要功能。Oddi括约肌功能障碍(sphincter Oddi dysfunction, SOD)是指胆管和(或)胰管括约肌结构或功能异常引起的一系列临床综合征。本文对Oddi括约的生理功能、解剖及SOD的诊断及治疗作一阐述。
Abstract: The Oddi sphincter is composed of a large number of smooth muscle fibers at the end of the common bile duct and pancreatic duct. It has important functions such as maintaining the normal discharge of bile and preventing the reflux of the contents of the duodenum. Oddi sphincter dysfunction (SOD) refers to a series of clinical syndromes caused by abnormal structure or function of the bile duct and/or pancreatic duct sphincter. This article describes the physiological functions, anatomy, diagnosis and treatment of SOD.
