加强士官物理教学改革的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Strengthening the Teaching Reform of Non-Commissioned Officers

摘要: 结合当前士官物理教学的现状，在分析目前士官物理教学面临的主要问题的基础上，提出了帮助学员端正学习动机、培养学习兴趣，采取灵活多样的教学方法，建设标准的教材体系，采取过程性的考核方式，利用学员新旧知识的衔接等改进士官物理教学的若干想法。

Abstract: Based on the current situation of the teaching of non-commissioned officers and the analysis of the main problems facing the teaching of non-commissioned officers, this paper puts forward some ideas to improve the teaching of non-commissioned officers, such as helping students to correct their learning motivation and cultivate their interest in learning, adopting flexible and diverse teaching methods, constructing standard teaching materials system, adopting process assessment method, using students’ original reasonable knowledge and experience to promote the formation of new concepts.
