社区治理何以推动大城众管——基于重庆与苏南地区的比较案例分析

How Does Community Governance Promote the Management of Large Cities—Based on the Comparative Case Analysis of Chongqing and South Jiangsu

摘要: 现有的社区治理推动大城众管模式带来新的研究对象与新的话题，那就是协同治理。目前，协同治理成为我国构建并发展社会治理机制的关键环节。面对日益加快的全球化发展，和不断更新的信息化技术，基于改革深化的大背景下，怎样打造先进的国家治理能力以及治理机制，就是现代国家治理必须解决的威胁和内容。本文基于重庆与苏南地区的比较案例分析，对社区治理何以推动大城众管进行了深入研究。

Abstract: The existing community governance promotes the model of mass management in large cities and brings new research objects and new topics, that is, collaborative governance. At present, collab-orative governance has become a key link in the construction and development of social governance mechanisms in China. Faced with the increasingly accelerated development of globalization and the constantly updated information technology, how to build advanced national governance capacity and governance mechanism under the background of deepening reform is the threat and content of modern national governance. Through the comparative case analysis between Chongqing and southern Jiangsu, this paper makes an in-depth study on how community governance promotes mass management in big cities.
