四川省脱贫攻坚后期县域金融精准扶贫提升路径

Sichuan Province’s Financial Precision Poverty Alleviation Enhancement Path in the Late Stage of Poverty Eradication in the County

摘要: 四川省的精准扶贫进入到了攻坚拔寨阶段，除凉山7县外，四川省余下贫困县在2019年实现了摘帽。2020年，针对剩下的7个深度贫困县，300个贫困村，扶贫的战略选择至关重要，本研究在剖析现有金融扶贫相关问题的基础上，抓住“创新”、“安全”“监管”等主要矛盾，再借鉴国内外的相关经验，提出精准扶贫攻坚后期金融政策的提升路径。

Abstract: Targeted poverty alleviation in Sichuan Province has entered the stage of overcoming difficulties and removing villages. Except for 7 counties in Liangshan, the remaining poverty-stricken counties in Sichuan Province have been eliminated in 2019. In 2020, for the rest of the depth of 7 counties, 300 funding a poverty alleviation strategy choice is critical, in this study analyze the existing financial poverty alleviation, on the basis of related issues, seize the “innovation”, “security” “reg-ulation” and so on the principal contradiction, to draw lessons from the domestic and foreign rel-evant experience, put forward the precise late crucial financial policy for poverty alleviation of the ascension path.
