YB65A型硬条包装机翻包夹持装置的设计改进

摘要: 为提高YB65A型硬条包装机竖立包装效率，并满足不同规格烟包在包装过程中位置准确，烟包夹持位置契合，避免烟包翻转飞包情况，本次研究针对卷烟包装机翻包夹持装置进行设计改进。该装置通过烟包盒模开槽并加装弹簧弹片装置，并在夹紧不同规格烟包并不发生挤压破坏的条件下，进行90度翻转保证烟包位置准确，烟包以立式形式输送到一个包装工位。以ZB48包装机组生产“中支和谐”牌卷烟对象进行测试，结果显示：在满足机械平稳运行和烟包外观质量工艺标准条件下，包装机组翻包器故障停机率降低71.02%。弹簧弹片的运用可保证烟包在运动过程中夹紧不发生损坏，翻包夹持装置的90度翻转实现烟包竖立排列，便于条盒包装机立式包装。

Abstract: In order to improve the YB65A-type cartoner vertical packaging efficiency, and to content cigarette packs location accurately in different specifications during the packaging process, and to fit in cigarette pack clamping position to avoid cigarette packet out of position, the purpose of this study is to improve cigarette packaging machine flip bag clamping device. The device flips 90 degrees and ensures that the location of the cigarette packets are accurate by grooving in the cigarette pack box mold, adding spring elastic sheet and under the condition of compressing different specifications of cigarette packets without crushing, cigarette packets are turned to vertical direction and delivered to a packaging station. The validation test was carried out in combination with a ZB48 packing line on cigarettes of brand “Hexie Middle”, the results showed that under the condition of device running smoothly and meeting the appearance quality standers of cigarette packs, the downtime of cigarette packing line reduce 71.02%. The application of spring elastic sheet can ensure that the cigarette packs are clamped in the course of motion without damage, and the 90-degree flip of the bag clamping device realizes the vertical arrangement of the cigarette packs, which facilitates the vertical packing of the box packaging machine.
