妊娠合并腹股沟血管畸形1例

摘要: 妊娠合并腹股沟血管畸形是临床罕见疾病，该病就分娩方式及产后处理对临床工作者提出了很大挑战。对于盆腔血管走行与子宫动静脉关系走行应清晰明了，早期诊断及正确评估分娩方式及产后处理，有积极重要意义。本文对我院诊治的1例妊娠合并腹股沟血管畸形病例进行报道，并对其处理方式进行总结。
Abstract: Pregnancy associated with inguinal vascular malformation is a rare clinical disease, which poses a great challenge to clinical workers in terms of delivery mode and post-natal management. It is important to make clear the relationship between pelvic blood vessel and uterine artery and vein, and to make early diagnosis and evaluate correctly the mode of delivery and post-natal treatment. In this paper, a case of pregnancy complicated with inguinal vascular malformation in our hospital was reported and its management was summarized.
