新形势下上海洋山深水港物流发展问题研究

摘要: 针对目前上海洋山港的竞争优势及建设现状,论文系统分析了洋山港未来开发过程中存在的超负荷运转、进出口口岸环境需要进一步优化、物流标准化水平低下等问题,结合国家和上海市地方的规划及政策,并提出了提高信息化、智能化建设、加强区域协同和制度创新等相应的策略,这对上海港物流中心的建设以及增强上海国际航运中心综合竞争力具有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems existing in the future development process of Yangshan Port systematically such as overload operation, further optimization of import and export port environment, low level of logistics standardization, etc. in view of the current competitive advantages and construction status of Yangshan Port in Shanghai. Then it puts forward some suggestions on improving informatization, intelligent construction and strengthening regional cooperation based on the national and local planning and policies of Shanghai and system innovation, which has certain reference significance for the construction of Shanghai port logistics center and enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of Shanghai international shipping center.
