农村学龄儿童亲子关系改善的社会工作介入研究——以保山市L村为例

摘要: 在社会工作蓬勃发展的当下,农村学龄儿童是需要重点关注的群体。以需求为本的社会工作服务,更有助于提升儿童的参与感,切实促进他们的健康成长。亲子关系对儿童的健康成长来说具有重要影响,良好的亲子关系有利于儿童心理和行为的健康发展。本文以保山市L村学龄儿童为主要研究对象,以社会支持理论、家庭系统理论为支撑,主要采用观察法和访谈法了解L村学龄儿童亲子关系目前的现状。并通过社会工作的介入,针对L村学龄儿童亲子关系存在的问题,提出有效的解决方法,搭建亲子互动的平台,增加亲子之间的互动,提高学龄儿童父母亲职教育的技能,以促进当地学龄儿童亲子关系的改善,从而有助于儿童的健康成长,促进社区和谐。
Abstract: With the vigorous development of social work, rural school-age children are a group that needs to be paid attention to. Demand-oriented social work services are more conducive to enhancing children’s sense of participation and promoting their healthy growth. Parent-child relationship has an important impact on children’s healthy growth. Good parent-child relationship is condu-cive to the healthy development of children’s psychology and behavior. If parent-child relation-ship deteriorates, it will have a certain impact on children’s physical and mental development, and will also affect the normal functioning of parents and even the whole family. In this paper, the school-age children in L village of Baoshan city are taken as the main research object, supported by social support theory and family system theory, and the present situation of parent-child relationship of school-age children in L village is mainly understood by observation and interview. And through the intervention of social work, aiming at the problems existing in parent-child relationship of school-age children in L village, this paper puts forward effective solutions, builds a platform for parent-child interaction, increases the interaction between parents and children, and improves the skills of parent-child education of school-age children, so as to promote the improvement of parent-child relationship of local school-age children, thus contributing to the healthy growth of children and promoting community harmony.
