妊娠合并系统性红斑狼疮伴肺动脉高压一例并文献复习

Pregnancy Complicated with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with Pulmonary Hypertension: A Case Report and Literature Review

摘要: 系统性红斑狼疮(Systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE)是一种多发于青年女性的多器官损伤的慢性自身免疫性疾病，肺动脉高压(Pulmonary hypertension, PAH)是系统性红斑狼疮少见但严重的并发症。现报道一例妊娠合并系统性红斑狼疮伴肺动脉高压的患者，孕期规律治疗，经多学科联合诊治，于孕37周 + 3天，行硬膜外麻醉下剖宫产顺利分娩，术后患者病情控制良好。

Abstract: Systemic lupus erythematosus is a chronic autoimmune disease with multiple organ damage in young women. Pulmonary hypertension is a rare but serious complication of systemic lupus erythematosus. It is reported that a case of pregnancy complicated with systemic lupus erythematosus with pulmonary hypertension was treated regularly during pregnancy. After multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment, she delivered successfully by cesarean section under epidural anesthesia at 37 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy. The patient’s condition was well controlled after the operation.
