耳后注射药物治疗耳鸣的研究进展

摘要: 耳鸣是耳鼻咽喉科门诊患者中最常见的三大症状之一,其病因复杂,发病机制不清。关于耳鸣的治疗主要包括药物治疗、掩蔽疗法、习服疗法、CBT (认知行为疗法)、rTMS (重复经颅磁刺激)、人工耳蜗植入术等,目前国内耳鸣患者仍以药物治疗为主。本文将耳后注射药物治疗耳鸣的最新进展作为研究对象,通过对近年来耳后注射药物治疗耳鸣的研究进行系统分析,以期形成对该治疗方案的系统性认知。
Abstract: Tinnitus is one of the three most common symptoms in otolaryngology outpatients. Its cause is complex, and its pathogenesis is unclear. The treatment of tinnitus mainly includes drug treatment, masking therapy, exercise therapy, CBT (Cognitive-behavioral therapy), rTMS (Repeat TMRI), cochlear implant, etc. At present, domestic tinnitus patients are still mainly drug treatment. This paper presents the latest progress of tinnitus, and conducts a systematic analysis of the treatment of tinnitus in recent years to form a systematic cognition of the treatment scheme.
