我国高校新文科建设路径探索——基于学习型组织视角

摘要: 2019~2021年,教育部将分3年全面实施“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0,该计划要求高校紧扣时代新要求、经济社会发展新实践和科技革命新进展,积极推进新文科建设。鉴于新文科建设的动态复杂性,该文从学习型组织的视角,即系统思考新文科建设、生成新文科共同愿景、开展新文科团队学习、改善新文科建设者心智、实现新文科建设者自我超越等系列修炼着手,探索我国高校新文科建设的有效途径。
Abstract: The ministry of education will fully implement the “six excellence, one topnotch” plan 2.0 among 2020~2021 years, which requires universities to actively promote the construction of new liberal arts in keeping with the new requirements of the times, new practices of economic and social de-velopment and new progress of scientific and technological revolution. Given the new dynamic complexity of the construction of the new liberal arts, this article from the perspective of learning organization, namely, system thinking of new liberal arts building, generation of new liberal art shared vision, team learning of new liberal arts, improving mind of new liberal arts builders, be-yond the self of new liberal arts builders pushing yourself etc., to explore the effective way of new liberal arts construction in colleges and universities.
