疫情期间预约挂号在医院排队系统中的应用分析

摘要: 文章的目的是分析新冠肺炎疫情期间使用预约挂号对医院排队系统的影响。随机抽取疫情期间洛阳一个综合型医院门诊大厅10天的排队数据，以排队论理论为基础，计算出用来判断系统优劣的数量指标，然后与使用预约挂号情况下的数量指标进行对比，分析预约挂号服务模式的优势。通过数据的实验证明应用预约挂号之后，能有效减少排队系统中的队长和病人等候时间，并能有效地防止院内交叉感染的发生。

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyze the impact of appointment registration on the hospital queuing system during the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic. Randomly extract 10-day queuing data from the outpatient hall of a general hospital in Luoyang during the epidemic period. Based on the queuing theory, the quantitative indicators used to judge the quality of the system are calculated, and then compared with the quantitative indicators in the case of using appointment registration. Analyze the advantages of the appointment registration service model. Data experiments prove that the application of appointment registration can effectively reduce the waiting time of captains and patients in the queuing system, and can effectively prevent the occurrence of cross-infection in the hospital.
