Abstract: Congenital heart disease (CHD) is a common congenital malformation, which is the most common birth defect and one of the major causes of death in children. Genetic and environmental factors are the main causes of congenital heart disease. Genetic factors mainly include single gene defect, polygene defect, chromosome abnormality, genome copy number variation. In addition to familial aggregation, there are also differences in genetic factors among different regions and ethnic groups. Based on the existing results, this paper reviews genes related to CHD so as to provide a new molecular biological idea for the diagnosis and treatment of CHD.
