山东高校文学类社团发展现状研究

A Study on the Present Situation of the Development of Literary Societies in Shandong Universities

摘要: 大学生社团是高等教育校园文化建设中不可或缺的组成部分，其中文学类社团更是大学生进行自我教育、提升人文素养和培养社会服务意识的重要平台。本文以30家山东省文学类社团为案例分析对象，从文学类社团类型、社团活动、社团管理、社团运行机制及内外影响力、社团平台建设等维度出发进行调查，分析高校文学类社团发展现状、影响其发展的内外要素，并从自由与规制冲突下的社团管理、传承与创新理念中的社团活动、扩大与改变视域下的社团人才培养等方面出发，提出发展建议。

Abstract: College student associations are an indispensable part of campus culture construction in higher education, and the literary associations are an important platform for college students to carry out self-education, improve their humanistic quality and cultivate their awareness of social ser-vice. Taking 30 literary societies in Shandong province as the case study, this paper investigates the types of literary societies, activities of literary societies, management of literary societies, operating mechanism of literary societies, internal and external influence, construction of platforms of literary societies, etc., to analyze the current situation of the development of literary societies in colleges and universities and the internal and external factors influencing their development, and from the freedom and regulation of the conflict between the management of the community, heritage and innovation in the concept of community activities, expansion and change in the field of vision of community building, and other aspects of development proposals.
