耳穴注射治疗突发性耳聋的95例分析

摘要: 目的:观察耳穴注射在治疗突发性耳聋上的疗效。方法:我科自2017年8月~2019年6月,对收治的95例突发性耳聋患者进行了分组研究,患者随机分为两组。对照组常规药物治疗,并加以高压氧治疗,1次/日,10天为1个疗程。治疗组在上述基础上联合耳穴注射(取听宫穴、翳风穴、外关穴),隔日1次,5次1个疗程。结果:实验组有效率为91.67%,对照组有效率为78.72%,两组有显著性差异(P < 0.05)。结论:本研究结果显示,治疗组有效率较对照组有明显提高,说明临床上在常规药物治疗、高压氧治疗基础上联合穴位注射具有协同效应,明显提高了疗效,且患者使用该治疗,在严格把握穴位注射及高压氧禁忌症的情况下,该联合治疗未见明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of auricular point injection on the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods: 95 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our department from August 2017 to June 2019 were studied, and the patients were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional drugs and hyperbaric oxygen once a day, with 10 days as a course of treatment. The treatment group was administered with auricular points injection [Tinggong, Yifeng and Waiguan] on the basis of the control group, once every other day, with 5 times as a course of treatment. Results: The effective rate was 91.67% in the experimental group and 78.72% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, indicating that the combination of auricular point injection on the basis of conventional drug treatment and hyperbaric oxygen treatment has a synergistic effect, which significantly improves the curative effect. In the case of strictly grasping the contraindications of acupoint injection and hyperbaric oxygen, there is no obvious adverse reaction when patients are treated with combined therapy. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical application.
