摘要: 胃癌是一种常见性的肿瘤,在全球范围内都有较高的发病率,虽然胃癌全球发病率逐年下降,但在我国发病率反而上升,5年生存率低,可能与饮食、饮水、环境、微量元素的含量、幽门螺杆菌感染及工业暴露有关,同时不同类型的胃癌发病率及预后也有区别,因此本文着重探讨上述因素在胃癌的发生发展中所起的作用,确定危险因素及保护因素,为胃癌的临床防治提供参考。
Abstract: Gastric cancer is a common tumor with a high incidence worldwide. Although the global incidence of gastric cancer is decreasing year by year, the incidence is increasing in China, and the 5-year survival rate is low, which may be related to diet, drinking water, environment, content of trace elements, Helicobacter pylori infection and industrial exposure. At the same time, the incidence and prognosis of different types of gastric cancer are also different. Therefore, this paper focuses on the role of the above factors in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, determines the risk factors and protective factors, and provides a reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
