基于实践的高校业财一体化信息系统探索——以SPPC为例

The Exploration of the Information System of the Integration of University Industry and Finance Based on Practice—Taking SPPC as an Example

摘要: 高校作为教育教学和科研活动的前沿阵地，近年来，顺应校园CRP系统升级，业财一体化逐步深入，以数据分析驱动控制策略，管控业务过程；以数据支撑运营分析，赋能业务决策，“业务–管理–财务”三重融合，三位一体正成为当下高校发展的必然选择。本文以SPPC业财一体化的CRP系统建设为例，探索高校业财一体化发展中的问题和对策。

Abstract: As the front position of educational teaching and scientific research activities, colleges and uni-versities have been in line with the upgrading of campus CRP system, and the integration of in-dustry and finance has gradually deepened in recent years, driving control strategy by data analysis and control transaction process; business analysis is supported by transaction data to enable business decision-making, and the triple integration of “business-management-finance”, which is becoming an inevitable choice for the development of colleges and universities. This paper takes the CRP system construction of SPPC industry finance integration as an example to explore the problems and countermeasures in the development of the integration of the industry and finance in colleges and universities.
