摘要: 本文研究招标代理机构应用知识图谱技术提升采购文件编制质效,强化知识资产在招标采购领域的深度应用的方法,对不断提升招标代理机构业务专业化水平,推动采购文件编制活动向更智能、更高效的方向发展。通过研究基于知识图谱技术的知识搜索、知识推荐功能在采购文件编制全过程的有效应用,对提升整个招投标活动的效率效益,以及发挥招标采购相关知识资产的应用价值具有实践意义。
Abstract: This research paper aims to improve the quality and efficiency of procurement documentation by studying the knowledge map technology on bidding agencies, to strengthen the depth of application of knowledge assets in the field of bidding procurements, as well as improving professional abilities of bidding agencies businesses. It would be a significant meaning for developing procurement activities which are more intelligent and more efficient in the future. By studying the effective application of knowledge search and knowledge recommendation functions based on knowledge mapping technology in the whole process of purchasing document preparation, to enhance the efficiency and benefit of the whole bidding activity, it is of practical significance to give full play to the application value of knowledge assets related to bidding and procurement.
