超声提示浆膜下子宫肌瘤术中诊断卵巢颗粒细胞瘤1例并文献复习
Ultrasonography Suggested Subserosal Myoma but the Intraoperative Diagnosis Was Ovarian Granulosa Cell Tumor: A Case Report and Literature Review
摘要: 目的：探讨卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法：对青岛大学附属医院妇科1例超声提示浆膜下子宫肌瘤术中诊断为卵巢颗粒细胞瘤患者进行分析并对相关文献进行复习。结果：卵巢颗粒细胞瘤发病率低，但术前误诊率高。结论：卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的诊断及治疗应需进一步探讨。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of ovarian granulosa cell tumor. Methods: A case of ultrasonography suggested subserosal myoma but the intraoperative diagnosis of ovarian granulosa cell tumor in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University was analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results: The incidence of ovarian granulosa cell tumor was low, but the misdiagnosis rate was high. Conclusion: The diagnosis and treatment of granulosa cell tumor of ovary should be further discussed.
