肌少症与睡眠障碍相关性的研究进展

摘要: 随着经济社会的快速发展及人口老龄化,肌少症与睡眠障碍越来越成为影响人类健康的重要因素,二者的关系也越来越被强调。所以,对广大临床医生和患者而言,正确认识肌少症与睡眠障碍之间的关系显得尤为重要。本文从肌少症与睡眠障碍相关性研究进行综述,以期对疾病的早期防治提供帮助。
Abstract: With the rapid development of economy and society and the aging of the population, sarcopenia and sleep disturbances have become more and more important factors affecting human health, and the relationship between the two has been increasingly emphasized. Therefore, for the majority of clinicians and patients, it is particularly important to correctly understand the relationship between sarcopenia and sleep disturbances. This article reviews the relationship between sarcopenia and sleep disturbances in order to provide help for the early prevention and treatment of the disease.
