Methods and Skills of Proving the Mean Value Theorem in College Students’ Mathematics Competition

摘要: 中值定理作为高等数学中导数应用的必要环节，也是大学生数学竞赛中常考题目，由于定理较多，相似度较高，学生对于这类题目经常束手无策。本文通过分析比较及竞赛中例题选讲，拨云见日，让学生对这些定理有了更深刻的认识。

Abstract: As a necessary part of derivative application in higher mathematics, the mean value theorem is also a common test topic in college students’ mathematics competition. Due to many theorems and high similarity, students often have nothing to do about this kind of topic. In this paper, through the analysis and comparison and the selection of examples in the competition, students can get a deeper understanding of these theorems.
