针刺结合血脂康胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation of Acupuncture and Xuezhikang Capsule on Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

摘要: 目的：观察针刺结合血脂康胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, NAFLD)的临床疗效。方法：将临床收治的40例NAFLD患者随机分为治疗组与对照组进行研究，两组均在改善生活方式的基础上给与血脂康胶囊0.6 g bid口服，治疗组则在药物治疗基础上实施针刺治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后的超声影像，肝功能及血脂的有关指标。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组在改善NAFLD患者超声表现，肝功能及血脂指标上均由于对照组，且比较结果具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：针刺结合血脂康胶囊疗法可改善非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的脂肪肝情况，并能有效促进患者恢复肝功能和血脂水平。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and Xuezhikang capsule on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease NAFLD. Methods: The 40 NAFLD patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Both groups were given 0.6 g bid orally on the basis of improving their lifestyle. The therapy group compared the ultrasound images and liver function and blood lipid. Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment patients improved ultrasound performance, liver function and lipid index, and the comparison results were statis significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and Xuezhikang capsule therapy can improve fatty liver disease in non-alco- holic fatty liver disease and improve blood lipid level.
