岗位需求匹配下的高职课程改革与实践——以《发动机构造与维修》为例
Curriculum Reform and Practice of Higher Vocational Education Based on Post Demand Matching—Taking “Engine Construction and Maintenance” as an Example
摘要: 文章对《发动机构造与维修》课程的教学过程进行重新设计,以工作岗位需求为基础,采用行动导向教学方法,依据真实的工作环境来模拟教学环境,构建起多元评价体系,建立新型的教、学关系,帮助学生掌握工作岗位所需要的知识、技能、职业操守等,最终形成良好的职业能力;再以典型任务“火花塞的检修与更换”为例,阐述教学实施过程,并结合多方面的反馈发现课程实施的效果显著。
Abstract:
This paper redesigns the teaching process of “engine structure and maintenance” course. Based on the job demand, it adopts the action oriented teaching method, simulates the teaching environment according to the real working environment, constructs a multiple evaluation system, establishes a new teaching and learning relationship, and helps students master the knowledge, skills and professional ethics required by the job. Finally, good professional ability will be formed; Taking the typical task “repair and replacement of spark plug” as an example, this paper expounds the implementation process of teaching, and combined with various feedback, it finds that the effect of the implementation of the course is remarkable.
