Experiment Study on Moral Judgment in Juvenile Violent Offenders

摘要: 目的：通过林德道德判断测验来探讨未成年暴力犯的道德认知和道德情感特点。方法：使用自评报告的方式，对66名未成年暴力犯和107名普通未成年进行林德道德测验。结果：未成年暴力犯的道德认知C分数显著低于普通未成年人，未成年暴力犯和普通未成年在阶段5的道德情感分最高。在阶段1和阶段2，未成年暴力犯与普通未成年人得分差异显著。结论：在道德认知上，未成年暴力犯显著低于普通未成年；在道德情感上，未成年暴力犯和普通未成年处于科尔伯格道德发展的第五阶段。但与普通未成年相比，未成年暴力犯对阶段1和阶段2的认同度更高。

Abstract: Objective: Lind’s Moral Judgment Test was used to investigate the moral cognition and moral emotion in juvenile violent offenders. Methods: Sixty six juvenile violent offenders and 107 common adolescents were assessed by Lind’s Moral Judgment Test. Results: The moral cognition C scores in Juvenile violent offenders were lower than those in the control group. The moral emotion scores in stage 5 were the highest in both groups. The differences of moral emotion scores in stage 1 and stage 2 were significant between juvenile violent offenders and common adolescents. Conclusion: The juvenile violent offenders have lower moral cognition ability than the control group. As to the moral emotion, both groups are at the fifth stage of Kohlberg’s moral development stage. However, juvenile violent offenders were more supportive of stage 1 and stage 2 compared with common adolescents.
