关于提高教师职业吸引力必要性的研究——以湖南省为例

摘要: 教育的提高离不开教师,然而教师质量的提升则需要提高教师职业吸引力。基于当今教师职业所存在的问题,通过对中学在职教师与意向教师的问卷调查以及上网查询相关资料,利用问卷星和Excel对获取的信息和数据进行分析处理,得到湖南省中学教师男女比例不均衡、城乡教育发展不平衡、乡村教师流失严重、教师职业吸引力不足等结论。基于此,分析提高教师职业吸引的必要性以及提出促进教师职业发展的相关建议:提高教师薪资待遇,减少男女比例不协调;提升乡村教师待遇及优惠政策,减少城乡教育发展不均衡;完善教育机制,确保教师教学条件;维护教师权益,提高教师的社会地位;提升教师质量,加强教师的选拔门槛。
Abstract: The improvement of education cannot be separated from teachers, but the improvement of teacher quality needs to improve the professional attraction of teachers. Based on the problems existing in the current teaching profession, the information and data obtained are analyzed and processed by using questionnaire and Excel through a questionnaire survey of middle school teachers and prospective teachers as well as searching relevant information on the Internet, and the conclusion was drawn that the ratio of male and female teachers in Hunan Province is unbalanced, the development of urban and rural education is unbalanced, the loss of rural teachers is serious, and the teaching profession is not attractive enough. Based on this, this paper analyzes the necessity of improving teacher occupation attraction and puts forward relevant suggestions to promote teacher occupation development: improve the education system, safeguard the rights and interests of teachers, improve the treatment of teachers, enhance the social status of teachers, and strengthen the threshold of teacher selection.
