复方紫草油纱外敷治疗轻中度烧烫伤的临床观察

Clinical Observation of External Application of Compound Oleum Lithospermi Oil Gauze in the Treatment of Moderate Burns Cases

摘要: 目的：对复方紫草油纱外敷治疗轻中度烧伤临床疗效进行探讨。方法：对2020年7月~2020年11月宁夏医科大学总医院烧伤整形科100例轻中度烧烫伤患者予以复方紫草油纱外敷包扎，同时给予抗感染抗菌等治疗，治疗1~2个疗程，每个疗程为7天，观察患者治疗前后症状的改善情况及创面修复程度。结果：复方紫草油纱外敷治疗的100例患者中，实际完成100例，按照创面修复程度，临床治愈92例，好转8例，治疗的临床愈合率达到了92%。结论：复方紫草油纱外敷治疗轻中度烧伤患者的临床疗效确切，为外用药物，不良反应少，用药安全。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Compound oleum lithospermioil gauze on burn and scald. Methods: From July 2020 to November 2020, 100 cases of burn and scald patients who re-ceived treatment in the burn orthopedics department of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were selected as the research objects. At the same time, the patients can receive an-ti-infection and antibacterial treatment. The therapeutic effects of the Compound oleum lithos-permi oil gauze groups were analyzed in one to two courses of treatment, each course of 7 days. Result: Among the 114 cases of burn and scald, 92 cases were effective, 8 cases were improvement, and the effective rate was 92%. Conclusions: The curative effect of Compound oleum lithospermioil gauze in treating burn is remarkable and it is a topical drug with few adverse reactions and safe medication.
