中医康复护理在脑梗塞恢复期患者中的应用效果及ADL评分影响评价

Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Infarction in Convalescence and Evaluation of ADL Score

摘要: 目的：观察在脑梗塞恢复期患者中应用中医康复护理，护理效果以及对ADL评分的影响。方法：双盲法分组，对照组行常规护理，观察组行中医康复护理。结果：1) 观察组护理效果高于对照组(97.44% vs. 76.92%)，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。2) 观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分为(3.29 ± 1.01)分、(5.07 ± 1.15)分低于对照组HAMA评分、HAMD评分(5.75 ± 1.21)分、(10.16 ± 1.38)分，差异有统计学意义，(P < 0.05)。3) 观察组NIHSS评分为(3.82 ± 0.67)分，低于对照组(13.45 ± 1.25)分，ADL评分为(96.35 ± 5.64)分，高于对照组(72.67 ± 5.97)分，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：基于脑梗塞恢复期患者，通过应用中医康复护理，在提升护理效果方面优势显著，并且能够改善患者不良情绪以及神经功能缺损情况，优化患者日常生活活动能力，具有推广价值。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral infarction in recovery period and its influence on ADL score. Methods: Double blind grouping, the control group received routine nursing, the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing. Results: 1) The nursing effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (97.44% vs. 76.92%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). 2) The HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were (3.29 ± 1.01), (5.07 ± 1.15), which were lower than that in control group (5.75 ± 1.21) (10.16±1.38); the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). 3) The NIHSS score of the observation group was (3.82 ± 0.67), which was lower than that of the control group (13.45 ± 1.25), ADL score was (96.35 ± 5.64), which was higher than that of the control group (72.67 ± 5.97), the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Based on patients with cerebral infarction recovery period, through the application of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing, it has significant advantages in improving the nursing effect, and can improve the patients’ bad mood and neurological deficit, optimize the patients’ activities of daily living, which has the promotion value.
