对旋轴流风机与单级轴流风机性能对比
Performance Comparison of Counter Rotating Axial Fan and Single
摘要: 本文依据FBD-NO7.5-2×55KW型对旋轴流风机的设计参数,分别设计出单级轴流风机与对旋轴流风机。对两种风机分别进行数值模拟,得到两种风机的正风以及反风流动性能。两种风机在相同流量工况下正风运行时,对旋轴流风机的全压总是高于单级轴流风机,并且对旋轴流风机高效率运行的流量区间也更广。两种风机反风运行时全压和效率均会严重下降,单级轴流风机的反风全压和效率优于对旋轴流风机。通过对两种风机正风运行时的噪声特性进行分析,对旋轴流风机的平均声压级要高于单级轴流风机,且对旋轴流风机具有明显的离散噪声特性。
Abstract:
Based on the design parameters of model FBD-NO7.5-2×55KW counter rotating axial flow fan, sin-gle-stage axial flow fan and counter rotating axial flow fan are designed respectively. The numerical simulation of the two kinds of fans was carried out to obtain the positive and negative flow perfor-mance of the two kinds of fans. Under the same flow condition, the total pressure of counter rotating axial fan is always higher than that of single-stage axial fan, and the flow range of counter rotating axial fan is wider. The total pressure and efficiency of single-stage axial-flow fan will decrease seri-ously when the two kinds of fans are in reverse operation. The total reverse pressure and efficiency of single-stage axial flow fan are better than those of counter rotating axial flow fan. Through the analysis of the noise characteristics of the two kinds of fans in positive air operation, the average sound pressure level of the counter rotating axial flow fan is higher than that of the single-stage axi-al flow fan, and the counter rotating axial flow fan has obvious discrete noise characteristics.
