儿童川崎病的诊治进展

摘要: 川崎病(Kawasaki disease, KD)是一种自限性的全身性血管炎，好发于冠状动脉，是儿童获得性心脏病的主要病因。近年来川崎病的发病率呈上升趋势，其发病的具体病因、机制还未完全明确，由于其可以发生冠状动脉的损害，所以对其的诊断和治疗尤为重要。本文就川崎病的病因、病理、诊断、治疗和预后进行综述。
Abstract: Kawasaki disease (KD) is a kind of self-limited systemic vasculitis, which usually occurs in the coronary arteries and is the main cause of acquired heart disease in children. In recent years, the incidence of Kawasaki disease is on the rise, but the specific etiology and mechanism of the disease are not completely clear. Since it can cause coronary artery damage, it is particularly important to diagnose and treat Kawasaki disease. This paper reviews the etiology, pathology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of Kawasaki disease.
