模拟教研室满意度调研与策略探究
Research on Satisfaction Survey and Strategy of Simulation Teaching and Research Section
摘要: 以绍兴高校师范专业学生为调查对象,通过问卷调查对模拟教研室能力培养、制度实施情况以及开展现状等方面进行满意度调研。结果表明:学生对表达能力、管理能力的培养以及团队导师制度比较认可,满意度高,认为教学科研能力培养、活动考核以及制度实施等方面还存在不足,从调研数据以及研究结果入手找出能够提高模拟教研室满意度的制约因素并提出相关策略,从而不断提高学生对于模拟教研室活动的满意度,发挥模拟教研活动价值。
Abstract:
Taking normal university students in Shaoxing as the survey object, the paper investigates the satisfaction of the ability training, system implementation and current situation of the simulation teaching and research department through questionnaire survey. The results show that: students have high satisfaction with the cultivation of expression ability, management ability and team tutor system, and think that there are still some deficiencies in the cultivation of teaching and research ability, activity assessment and system implementation. Starting from the survey data and research results, this paper finds out the constraints that can improve the satisfaction of the simulation teaching and research department, and puts forward relevant strategies, so as to continuously improve the students’ satisfaction with the activities of the simulation teaching and research department, and give play to the value of the simulation teaching and research activities.
