输电线路货运索道支架结构设计及参数化建模研究

摘要: 针对输电线路货运索道支架部件,结合三维设计软件开展部件结构设计,采用参数化建模方法开展不同结构参数部件建模,分析索道支架部件受力状况,提出部件设计载荷,通过有限元仿真分析对设计部件进行强度校核。结果表明,各部件能够满足结构强度要求。提出的方法可实现实体模型参数化建模,有效提高索道的设计效率。
Abstract: Aiming at the trestle of material ropeway of transmission line, the structural design of components was carried out with the combination of 3D design software. Parametric modeling method was adopted to carry out the modeling of components with different structural parameters. The stress status of components of trestle was analyzed, the design load of components was proposed, and the strength of the designed components was checked through finite element simulation analysis. The results show that the components can meet the requirements of structural strength. The proposed method can realize parametric modeling of solid model and effectively improve the design effi-ciency of material ropeway.
