双胎反向动脉灌注序列征1例

摘要: 双胎反向动脉灌注序列征(Twin Reversed Arterial Perfusion sequence, TRAPs),又称无心畸胎序列征,是一种严重的致死性畸形,是单绒毛膜性双胎特有且罕见的并发症之一。如不进行及时的产前干预,供血儿胎死宫内的风险极高。随着各种治疗手段的出现,早期诊断及尽早产前干预可极大改善供血儿预后。本文对我院期待治疗且足月分娩的1例双胎反向动脉灌注序列征进行报道,探讨该病的产前诊断及临床治疗,总结经验以指导临床。
Abstract: Twin reverse artery perfusion sequence sign, also known as acardiac twins sequence, is a serious fatal malformation, which is one of the unique and rare complications of monochorionic twins. Without timely prenatal intervention, the risk of fetal death is very high. With the emergence of various treatments, early diagnosis and intervention before preterm delivery can greatly improve the prognosis of blood supply infants. In this paper, we report a case of twin reverse artery perfusion sequence sign which is expected to be treated and delivered at term in our hospital, discuss the prenatal diagnosis and clinical treatment of the disease, and summarize the experience to guide the clinical practice.
