心理剧对提升中职生人际沟通能力的作用

The Effect of Psychodrama to Improve Secondary Vocational Students’ Interpersonal Relationship

摘要: 本文通过实验班、对照班的前后测数据分析，在实验班开设心理剧选修课，通过心理剧的各种技术，贯穿换位思考意识和换位思考能力的培养，着眼于提升人际沟通能力。期末采用量化分析、访谈等方法对心理剧的实效性进行评估，结果表明，心理剧唤醒了中职生的换位思考，提高了中职生的人际沟通能力。

Abstract: This paper uses the before and after data analysis of the experimental class and control class, by opening an elective course on psychological drama for the experimental class, using various tech-niques of psychological drama to cultivate the ability of perspective-taking, with a view to improve interpersonal communication skills. At the end of the term, it uses quantitative analysis and inter-view to evaluate the effectiveness. The results showed that psychological drama had awakened perspective-taking and improved their interpersonal communication skills.
