眉部小汗腺汗孔癌1例
A Case of Eccrine Porocarcinoma of the Eyebrow

摘要: 报告1例小汗腺汗孔癌。患者男，75岁，左眉部肿物30年，破溃、出血1年。组织病理学检查示：肿瘤细胞核仁清楚，可见核分裂象，部分区域肿瘤细胞与表皮延续，可见导管分化，部分肿瘤细胞内见脂质空泡。诊断为汗孔癌伴灶状皮脂腺分化。行手术扩大切除，术后恢复好，随访3个月未复发。
Abstract: This paper reports a case of eccrine porocarcinoma of the eyebrow. The patient was a 75-year-old male with left eyebrow mass for 30 years and ulceration and bleeding for 1 year. Histopathological examination was performed: Nucleoli of the tumor cells were clear, and mitotic images were visible. In some areas, the tumor cells continued with the epidermis and ductal differentiation was visible. Lipid vacuoles were seen in some tumor cells. It was diagnosed as eccrine porocarcinoma with focal sebaceous gland differentiation. Extensive surgical resection was performed. Postoperative recovery was good, and there was no recurrence after 3 months of follow-up.
