基于社会角色理论的大学新生适应问题研究
Research on the Adaptation of College Freshmen Based on Social Role Theory
摘要: 在进入大学后,许多新生会面临适应问题,在生活、学习和人际等方面的适应问题的出现,可能会阻碍个人发展以及心理健康。本文基于社会角色理论分析导致这些适应问题的成因,包含预期社会化不完善导致角色距离、环境的改变导致角色不清、定位的混乱导致角色冲突等,为此需要培养社会角色观念,加强角色认同、确立正确的价值取向,解决角色冲突、弱化外部压抑性影响,激发主体期待等,希望能拓宽预防和解决新生适应问题的思路。
Abstract:
After entering the University, many freshmen will face adaptation problems. The emergence of adaptation problems in life, learning and interpersonal may hinder personal development and mental health. Based on the Social Role Theory, this paper analyzes the causes of these adaptation problems, including role distance caused by imperfect expected socialization, unclear role caused by environmental change, role conflict caused by confusion of positioning, etc. Therefore, it is ne-cessary to cultivate the concept of social role, strengthen role identity, establish correct value orientation, solve role conflict and weaken the external repressive influence, stimulate the subject’s expectation, hoping to broaden the ideas of preventing and solving the problem of freshmen’s adaptation.
