财务管理人才核心竞争力培养路径研究

Research on the Cultivation Path of the Core Competence of Financial Management Talents

摘要: 粤港澳大湾区的建设促进了企业跨国经营和资本跨境流动，也使财务管理人才面对更大的工作挑战。基于目前财务管理人才核心竞争力培养在创新能力、实践能力、国际化能力、数据应用能力等方面存在不足，建议从以下三个方面培养财务管理人才的核心竞争力：1) 深化产教融合，培养实践创新能力；2) 加强对外交流，提升国际化水平；3) 培养数据分析思维，强化数据应用能力。

Abstract: The construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has promoted the transnational operation of enterprises and the cross-border flow of capital, which makes financial management talents face greater challenges. Based on the current deficiencies in the core competitiveness of financial management talents in terms of innovation, practice, internationalization, and data application capabilities, it is recommended to cultivate the core competitiveness of financial management talents from the following three aspects: 1) Deepening the integration of industry and education, and cultivating practice and innovation ability; 2) Strengthening foreign exchanges and improving international level; 3) Developing data thinking and strengthening data application ability.
